Mette has always agreed with this statement and has a strong belief in the importance of enjoying what you eat, whilst at the same time benefiting your health. Her approach as a therapist is therefore to embrace food and to focus on ensuring that patients consume adequate amounts of nutrients, rather than on regimented and restrictive diets that may be hard to follow.

Her approach is to use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns. This approach allows her to work with individuals to address nutritional balance and  help  support the body towards maintaining health.

Mette considers each individual to be unique and will work with patients to produce an individually tailored programme including dietary and life-style advice and sometimes recommend supplements and tests.
