Hello and welcome to the World of Nutritional Therapy.

The importance of eating well is widely recognized to be instrumental in achieving and maintaining long-term optimum health and well-being.

Given the stresses of everyday life nutrient intake and absorption can sometimes fall below ideal levels, and often small dietary changes can help to address nutritional imbalances and help support the body towards maintaining health.

Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care. Nutritional therapy practitioners use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns.

Mette aims to provide information and support to help you improve your diet and lifestyle. By educating patients about the function of nutrients, she aims to empower you to make wiser dietary choices relevant to your individual needs.
